Alonzo Velazquez has signed a National Letter of Intent to play for the Cowboys of the University of Wyoming. Velazquez will join a team that finished first in the 2016 Mountain Division of the Mountain West Conference. Velazquez was a 2nd team OL pick for the 2016 All-Big '8' Conference team. His blocking contributed to Parker's #1 rushing ranking during the 2016 season.
